These rules are for the Club Voodoo Management team
All DJ, Host and management applications are to be given to all GM and the Owner.
Managers will check in 30 minutes before their set. The current manager on duty will continue to manage until the end of the hour unless arranged with you to cover. The manager checking in is responsible for messaging the current manager on duty to touch base about any issues that may have occurred. The manager on duty will check out in staff group at the end of the hour.
The manager on duty will continue to fill in the check in sheet until the end of the hour.
Anyone found to talk about staff issues outside of the management team will be dismissed with out warning (remember we all have alts and it may just be your best friend).
If you are found to be discussing club related issues outside the Club Voodoo management, including employees, you will be dismissed from staff and will result in being removed from the Club Voodoo Management Team. No second chances.
If an issue occurs with employee/s you will talk to them one on one. It will NOT be done in the public eye or staff chats but in personal im's. If needed you can contact Jade or a G.M for help.
At all times the Club Voodoo Management team will remain professional. This includes the way you dress, act in in the club and the way you address voodoo employees. Failure to do so will result in dismissal.
You will not gossip about anyone in the Club Voodoo Management, Staff or V.I.P.S. You will be dismissed instantly if proven to have done so. We do not have to like each other, but we should remain professional. If an issue comes up please seek an Asst GM GM or Owner.
Club Voodoo Management team will follow and enforce all rules.
No member of management team will hire any staff members unless appointed to by GM or Owner.
Club Voodoo Management team will learn all club rules, DJ rules, Host rules and Management rules.
It is mandatory for all Club Voodoo Management team to attend a hosting course.
It is mandatory for all Club Voodoo Management team to use Google (gmail) for Google documents and discord. No exceptions.
All managers may be tested at anytime.
No showing is not acceptable. If you miss your manager shifts twice you will be dismissed off the Club Voodoo Management team.
Changing of your Manager shifts need to be done in advance, not on the day of your shifts, unless in an extreme emergency.
All managers are required to step up on your management shift if needed. DEAD AIR is not acceptable.
Managers are to lead by example at all times.
All Club Voodoo Managers are to be diplomatic at all times, this is also means no favouritism at any time.
If you do not put your name under manager on the check in sheet you will NOT be paid for that set.
Your are responsible to put your name on the check in sheet.
LEGACY (USER NAMES) not DISPLAY NAMES are to be used on the check in sheet and calendar at all times.
You are not expected to stay at the computer but are expected to not be away from the computer for a long period of time. CHECK IN TIMES are your responsibility. You NEED to keep an eye on staff chat and discord.
